What We Believe

Welcome to Texas Principled Physicians

We are a nonprofit organization of Texas doctors committed to restoring medicine grounded in evidence, ethics, and professional integrity.

If you’ve been looking for physician colleagues who share your values—you just found them.

Our Mission

To advance patient care by upholding the four pillars of medical ethics — autonomy, beneficence, nonmaleficence, and justice — through evidence-based practice, principled advocacy, and open professional dialogue.

What We Stand For

Ethical Foundations.

We uphold the four pillars of medical ethics as the foundation of trustworthy medical practice.

Evidence Over Ideology.

Clinical decisions must rest on sound, verifiable evidence—not political trends or institutional mandates.

Freedom of Thought and Speech.

Open discourse and the freedom to question consensus are essential to scientific progress.

Merit and Integrity.
Physicians should be selected for their skill, character, and commitment—not their politics or identity.

Protection of the Vulnerable.
We advocate for ethical, cautious care—especially for children— where humility must guide decision-making.

What We Are Not

We are not political activists.

We are physicians. Our loyalty is to patients, science, and ethics—not political movements.

We are not driven by identity politics.
We reject policies that prioritize identity or ideology over clinical excellence and professional judgment.

We are not silent in the face of harmful trends.
We speak when medical ethics or patient safety are at risk.
